The new Thyssenkrupp headquarters, in Porto Alegre-RS, was designed to centralize operations that were scattered around the city.
The building houses several areas of the company with approximately 500 employees, but the main demand was to guarantee the quality of the structured cabling in the call center.
To do so, MSR Engenharia along with its sub-contractors was approved in a pre-registration that tested the experience and know-how to meet the complex requirements of Thyssenkrupp's IT area.
These requirements are essential to guarantee the productivity and the 24x7x365 uninterrupted operation of call center that serves all of Latin America.
Before the beginning of the works, MSR Engenharia along with the architecture office and the clients carried out a collaborative work to adjust the scope so it was possible to achieve the proposed budget goal and thus the relationship between the parties already had a technical relationship which was fundamental for the success of the process.
It is important to highlight the pioneering spirit of this Thyssenkrupp enterprise in the 4th district in Porto Alegre-RS, generating jobs and innovation in this region that has enormous potential in the technology segments.
