During 2014, there was a serious fire in the SOGIPA facilities.
MSR Engenharia was hired to manage the services needed to renovate the affected areas.
Three party halls that can be used together, kitchen, warehouses and administrative areas in approximately 3,000.00 m² of works were completed. various solutions to complete the work on time were used, such as metal structures.
The work was completed on time to host the 2015 oktoberfest.
