The main differential of this work was the care in the execution of the exposed concrete.

As the project predicts a large visible concrete pillar at the entrance, a planning was carried out so that it could be executed perfectly.

The alignment of the locks, to ensure that all exposed holes were leveled. The measure between the holes. The detail of designs. The concrete mix and the fluid slump. The shade of color. The height of the concreting so as not to burst the shape and not present voids.

In addition to the exposed concrete, care with other finishes, such as wood slats and brises. The brise was developed in conjunction with the architecture firm, as there was no business model available.
