A special project, on an important corner in the most sophisticated neighborhood in Porto Alegre. A contemporary furniture and decoration store for special customers.
OCCA Moderna has architectural differentials such as metallic structure, ribbed slab, exposed concrete and a VIROC panels facade.
The materials that make up the work were intelligently specified in a project according to its technical characteristics. The ribbed concrete slab works very well as the foundation of the store and the pillars are geometrically located according to the parking spaces.
The metal structure allows large spans, besides being “removable”: if a new development is installed on the ground, in the future, the structure can be reused and readapted for a new use.
O programa do edificio educacional é composto por salas de aula, banheiros, vestiários e salas de funcionarios, pátio aberto no térreo e rooftop esportivo no último pavimento.
A estrutura foi executada em concreto armado com painéis pré-fabricados de laje plana treliçada. Chapas metálicas como forro interno e ACM e brises de alumínio como revestimento externo.
No rooftop, foram instalados grandes fechamentos em vidro para aproveitar o bonito visual do entorno. Foi instalada uma estrutura metálica para receber painéis fotovoltaicos no futuro.
Esta foi a 5ª obra sequencial da MSR Engenharia no colégio Panamerican, uma parceria que começou em 2014 e permitiu a conclusão de obras complexas nos prazos exigidos.
